I have been involved in project development for over 30 years. The projects have varied in size from a 40-seat restaurant to a $72 million residential project. My diverse capacity of involvement includes being an owner, development manager/director, project manager, to the design/project architect. I have excellent communication and customer relation skills, as well as interpersonal and team-building expertise to train, motivate, and lead both employees and large consulting teams.
